1. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, delivery and pickup addresses, ZIP code, access notes, selected package, scheduling preferences, partner or gift details, quote requests, bonus-day offer claims and consent records, optional marketing-survey responses, and communications with us. If online payment is enabled, payment information will be processed by a payment provider; EZCrates does not need to store full card numbers.

Our hosting systems may also receive basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referral page, timestamps, and security or error logs. Across the site, we record an anonymous page-session identifier, pages viewed, links selected, campaign source or placement included in the link, service-area eligibility results, referrer hostname, and timestamps. When advertising measurement is enabled, advertising partners such as Meta, OpenAI, and Google may also receive page, package, checkout, lead, and completed-order events through their measurement tools. Those tools may use cookies or privacy-preserving identifiers to attribute activity to an advertisement.

We also use advertising measurement tools from Meta, OpenAI, and Google. These tools may place or read cookies and receive browser, device, page, campaign, and conversion information to measure advertising, build audiences, and improve campaign performance. Browser controls and the advertising settings offered by those providers can be used to limit cookie-based measurement. Basic hosting, security, and session technologies may also operate where necessary to deliver the site.

5. Communications choices

You may decline optional text messages when booking. If you opt in, reply STOP to cancel texts or HELP for help; message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You may also ask us to change your email or phone preferences by contacting us. We may still send essential non-marketing messages needed to complete or service a requested order.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including service history, accounting, dispute resolution, safety, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
