1. Choose the right package

Start with your home size, then adjust for storage, books, kitchen equipment and how much you own. EZCrates packages range from smaller moves through larger homes and include 1–5 heavy-duty dollies based on package size.

2. Select delivery and pickup details

Enter a covered ZIP code, select an available delivery date and choose a morning or afternoon window. Standard rentals include seven days. Both delivery and pickup addresses must be inside the approved service area unless EZCrates confirms a custom route.

3. Receive clean, ready-to-pack crates

Crates arrive nested to save space. Each attached lid closes without packing tape. Inspect the delivery, keep the equipment dry and secure, and contact EZCrates promptly if anything arrives damaged.

4. Pack, stack and move

Distribute weight sensibly, protect fragile belongings, and do not exceed what one person or your moving equipment can safely handle. Close both lid halves fully before stacking. EZCrates supplies the containers; customers remain responsible for packing, lifting and transportation.

5. Empty, nest and prepare for pickup

After unpacking, remove labels and belongings, nest the empty crates together, and place the equipment in the agreed accessible location. If plans change, contact EZCrates before the pickup route begins.
